Flight bookings are subject to the policies of the respective airlines. TeraTrav is not responsible for any cancellation or modification fees imposed by airlines.
All hotel bookings are non-refundable after confirmation. Please verify your stay dates before completing the booking.
Nile cruise bookings are non-refundable. If the operator cancels the trip, a suitable alternative or credit for future use will be provided.
Transportation and car services are non-refundable after confirmation. Pickup times can be modified with a prior request of at least 48 hours.

TeraTrav is not liable for any delay or cancellation resulting from circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, wars, political unrest, strikes, equipment failures, or government decisions. In such cases, we will make our best effort to provide suitable alternatives without obligation for monetary refund.
TeraTrav reserves the right to make changes to programs and services including (but not limited to): changing flight schedules, changing the travel itinerary, or changing transportation or accommodation, with the provision of equivalent quality alternatives without obligation for refund.
By completing any booking through our website or representatives, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not complete the booking.
